Year 6DL 2021 - 2022
Welcome to 6DL!
Mr Leverton, Miss Fish, Miss Coulson and Miss Pennington
Please read our class blog to keep updated with events and to see what the children have been learning.
Year 6 is a very important year. Please still make sure that all Year 6 pupils are reading for 20 minutes every night and bring their Reading Record back to school, signed by an adult, so we can check how they have read in the morning. Every minute counts! We have lots of exciting books and texts for the children to read so they have plenty of choice.
Children will need to wear their PE kits to school with their school jumper over their t-shirt on Mondays and bring their swimming kit to school on Wednesdays (I would recommend wearing your costume under your uniform). It is a good idea for them to wear suitable footwear throughout the week as they will be completing the daily mile outside, weather permitting.
Indoor - Black shorts or leggings and a white t-shirt.
Outdoor - black shorts, leggings or tracksuit, a white t-shirt and trainers
(As the weather becomes more chilly, please ensure you have a warm jumper too)
