School Closure
!!!!!!!!!! IMPORTANT NOTICE !!!!!!!!!!
Last night the Government announced that all schools will close for the vast majority of pupils from Tuesday 5th January 2021 until February half term. School will be open from Thursday 7th January 2021, 9.00-3.15pm for children of key workers, those who have a social worker and those who have an EHCP should parents and carers wish them to send them in to school.
Key workers include;
- NHS staff; doctor, nurse, paramedic
- Police
- Fire service
- Essential delivery drivers
We are working with the DfE and the local authority to determine this provision.
If you fall into any of the above categories and intend to take advantage of this provision then please contact school on 0161 223 0370 or email admin@ravensbury.manchester.sch.uk It is important that we know how many children are going to attend so that we can ensure that we have the appropriate staffing levels to keep the children safe.
