Wellbeing Workshop!

On Wednesday, Year 5 had an amazing opportunity to emerge themselves in a wellbeing workshop! We tried 10 different activities (some that were easy, and some that were challenging!) and discussed different ways we can help our brains if we are faced with a tricky situation.
We have also begun to do some mindfulness mediation after lunch, to help ready our brains for learning.
