Hello,

Woo hoo! It's going to be another sunny day We hope you are ready for another maths challenge today. In your learning packs this week there are lots of maths activities to help you remember how to count in steps of 2,5,and 10. During the next three days we are going to be solving problems that involve counting in multiples of 2,5,and 10. Today we are going to focus on counting in steps of 2. Remember to put the date in your workbook and use a ruler to underline it!

Challenge 1

True or False?

Write your answer in your yellow books 

1.If I start at 0 and count on in steps of  two I will say the number 11?  

2. If I start at 4 and count on in steps of  two  I will say the number 12?  

3.If I start at 8 and count on in steps of  two I will say the number 16?  

4.If I start at 21 and count on in steps of  two I will say the number 28?

5.If I start at 16 and count on in steps of  two I will say the number 24?
