Tuesdays's maths

Date: 21st Apr 2020 @ 8:54am

Hello,

Well it looks like it is going to be a bright and sunny day today. It would be good if you could get your learning done before it gets too hot then you can play in the gardan or go for a walk as part of your families daily exercise.

Today we are going to continue  learning about the days of the week. Always remember that your first job is to write the date in your yellow exercise book, as neatly as possible. Miss Riley and I are looking for the child who presents their work the very best!

If it was Monday yesterday what day is it today? Remember to use a ruler to make a line underneath!

Here is a remnder of how to write the days of the week .

Today we are going to do have a go at solving some days of the week word problems. If you are still unsure about the order of the days look at the picture and sing the songs from yesterday to help you.

Questions

1.If today is Tuesday. What day will it be tomorrow?

2.If today is Tuesday. What day was it yesterday?

3.What  days do we normally come to school?

4.What days are at the weekend?

5.What day do we normally eat fish at school?

6. What day comes after Wednesday?
