Phonics Choice Challenge – Tuesday 7th July

Good morning Nursery,

We would like you to have a choice of which phonics activity you complete over the next couple of weeks. The children learning in school will be playing some of these games too. If you are still learning at home, play one game every day with an adult.

Over the last year we have been learning how to play games from Phase 1 Phonics and we will continue to play these games through Reception. Keep practicing them so you can remember how to play them when we return to school. (In Reception you will also learn new games in Phase 2 and Phase 3 – they’re so much fun too!)

There are 7 aspects in Phase 1. Today your choice is from Aspect 1 - environmental sounds
