Mental Health Awareness Week (18.05.20)

Date: 18th May 2020 @ 10:40am

Good morning Year 6,

I hope you are ready for another week of creating and exploring! This week is special as it is Mental Health Awareness Week.
I know we usually have lots of discussions in class about what Mental Health is, what it can look like and what we can do to help support our and others' Mental Health. This week will be no different!

Have a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qcyc68d6OAk&feature=youtu.be

The theme this year is 'kindness'. Obviously with everything going on at the moment, it is even more important to be kind to yourselves and to others.

As a challenge this week, we would love for you to carry out or reflect on an act of kindness.
If you can, take a photo or video (with permission!) and send it to us on Twitter (@year6ravensbur1) use the hashtags:

#KindnessMatters
#MentalHealthAwarenessWeek

We're so excited to see what you get up to!
