It is good to be back!

I can't tell you how great it has been today to have all of our children back in school where they belong. School once again was full of laughter and the sound of children's voices, something which we have missed over the past six weeks. There were a few nerves first thing (children and staff) but our children are remarkable and they quickly got stuck into their learning, they enjoyed being with their teachers back in school and seeing their friends.They have showed such resilience during lockdown and have done an amazing job with their learning. It hasn't been easy for anyone parents, pupils and staff but I am so proud of everything which has been achieved and as I said to the children this morning, things will get better, there is light at the end of the tunnel. If lockdown has taught us anything,  it is how enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated learners our children are. We can't wait to do it all over again tomorrow!
