Welcome Back

What an exciting first week back in school!

When year 4 arrived to school on Wednesday, we discovered a mysterious egg on the playground. We have no idea what the egg contains, but we have decided to try and convince Mrs Hughes to let us keep it - in hope that it hatches.

This week we have researched reasons for and against keeping pets. We then argued our points in a debate - Miss Gee and Miss Brookes decided that the against argument was stronger (but that Miss Brookes still wanted to keep the egg).

On Thursday, we launched our geography topic "How would we survive without water?" by performing a rain dance. We were very successful as it rained for the entire day!

We can't wait to find out what next week holds for us.

We care, We soar’
