The dragon is complete!

This morning we received a note from the dragon. He wanted us to make him a body! He left us a box of resources but no instructions so we had to work it out for ourselves. 

First we had to make the scales, painted with Chinese numbers and words. Then we had to make a body by stuffing scrunched paper into a pair of tights! (We think the dragon used his mum's tights). After that we used the stapler to join the ends of the paper plate scales together. Finally our teachers joined the scales together and onto the body because that part was too tricky for us. 

It's been such hard work making him but we loved it. Miss Wolfenden said, "Wow, it's amazing!" when we showed it to her. Look at the surprise on her face.
