Caterpillar Shoes
This week we are going to watch a video story. When you are listening to the story you can complete the following challenges:
Make a memory list
Say who the caterpillar meets in the order as he meets them. Hold up a finger to remind you each time you add another character to the list. Maybe you could draw the list too?

Find pairs of rhyming words in the story
Listen out for pairs of rhyming words as the video story plays.
‘There was a caterpillar; he had a lot of feet.
All he did was eat.’
feet rhymes with eat.
Make your own minibeast story
Draw the minibeasts that caterpillar might meet in your garden and write the word underneath. Tell your grown up your story.
