Good Morning Everyone, 

How are you all? Hope you had a lovely weekend even though the rain was back. I think I got used to all the lovely sunny weather we had last week. Let's hope it comes back soon. I'm really pleased as I ran over 4km on Sunday doing my running APP called 'Coach to 5K.' I ran for over 20 minutes without stopping!! I have 4 weeks left on this programme and hopefully I will be able to run over 5K. What exercise activities have you been doing? It's very importrant to keep your body healthy and moving. In the phonics coloumn there is a show me video link. It looks like there is nothing there but when you click on the video link it will take you to the video.
