Monday 11th May – Oi Frog

Date: 11th May 2020 @ 7:16am

This week we are going to continue learning about rhyme.

Remember rhyming words sound the same at the end.

I have a great story for you to listen to today. It is called ‘Oi Frog’.

Have your listening ears ready, so you can find the pairs of words that rhyme.

Click on the link below to watch and listen to the story ‘Oi Frog’.

I hope you enjoyed the story and heard lots of rhyming words.

Did you hear and say and the pairs of words that rhymed? You can watch and join in with the story again if you choose to do so!

Today’s challenge is to look carefully at the pictures from the story below. Use the pictures tell your grown up the pairs of words that rhyme.

For example, in this picture the rhyming pair is dog and frog.

Can you draw a picture of your favourite rhyming pair?

We love seeing your work, so don’t forget to send a picture to: nurseryhomelearning@ravensbury.manchester.sch.uk

Have a great day!
