Investigating Friction

In science this half term we are learning all about forces and magnets. Today we investigated how much friction is caused by different materials. We placed a toy car on a ramp covered in different materials and raised the ramp at one end until the car moved. We discovered sandpaper caused the most friction and plastic caused the least friction.
