Exploring the senses!

In Science  this week, we have been learning more about the senses and how they work together to explore the world around us. We questioned which senses would we use more if we could not use our sense of sight. We worked in some groups to answer this question by blindfolding ourselves whilst exploring the classroom. Together we found that we heavily relied on our sense of touch and hearing to navigate the classroom without our sense of sight. We felt where we were with our hands and we listened to our friend's voices who kept us safe. We also had fun guessing scents using smelling pots and we could all guess the chocolate and tomato sauce! We also had fun exploring the slime!!
