What a week for sport! Considering there was only 4 school days, we squeezed lots in.

In our swimming lesson, some children went in to the big pool, also known as the deep end. We were so excited to achieve this, and we're sure that we will all do it at some point this year.

Sports day was great fun. We earned lots of point for our houses. So far, Earth house is in the lead, but there's still time to change that!

Reading this week focussed on sequencing the events of the Hero twins text and our writing focussed on writing our versions of the myth.

Spanish this week focussed on actions for sitting down, standing up and listening as well as some numbers!

This week we also visited the library with Mrs Thewlis, and discussed the different rules of how to act and behave in the library.

We focussed more on how to keep our teeth clean in Science, and how we should look after them!

Maths focussed on Roman Numerals to 100 and we learned that I = 1, V = 5, X = 10, L = 50 and C = 100.

Remember to wear your PE kits on Monday and only wear jewellery that you can take off.  Clubs start next week too!
