Good morning, everyone!

We have finally made it to the end of the school year. What a strange way to end it. I find it hard to believe that we have been off school since the 20th March (with some of you staying in school and working super hard!). It feels like yesterday, when we were creating our Greek Landscapes.

We are so excited to get to teach you in those first two days of term - it wouldn't feel right, not spending some time with you before you enter year 6! We both loved speaking to you all on the phone this week - it brightened our days.

Well done to Ganesa and Victoria for completing yesterday's famous person challenge. The person was Marie Curie, and she was born on the 7th November 1876. She is famous because she was the first person to win a noble prize in both physics and chemistry. A fun fact they shared is that she was a World War 1 hero!

I will post the answers for today's famous person, when I post the reading challenge results. Here is today's picture:

Don't forget to email your answer, and all of your learning, to y5homelearning@ravensbury.manchester.sch.uk

Enjoy your Friday,
