Y6 learning Thursday 9th July

Date: 8th Jul 2020 @ 7:42pm

Good morning everyone,

I hope you have had a a chance to pop into school to collect your own copy of "The kid who came from Space."

If not, why not call in today and read along with the rest of us. It will be one of the first texts you use in High School in September. I am already half way through and am really enjoying it. It is really exciting but funny too! I think that you will love it!

Today's learning include some activities for chapter 1 and a music lesson on how and why singing can make us feel good. Or if you fancy some science there is a flim clip about Charles Darwin -find out why he was so important in our topic of Inheritance and Evolution.

You could also check out the activities on Education City or why not have a go at our last ever Y6 TTRockstars battle!! Come on Miss Thornton's class -it is your very last chance to win!!

Let battle commence!
