Reading Challenges

This week we have spent lots of time completing reading challenges in our classroom. We read new books together in our Guided Reading sessions. We also completed some follow up challenges. Look at the pictures of our learning. We learned how to retrieve words from the text by using sound cues and by reading the sentences to find the correct word.  We also completed reading challenges in the classroom to label the different foods on our shopping list. (We need to buy food for our patterned tigers!)
