Maths Daily Challenge – Friday 17th July

Date: 16th Jul 2020 @ 10:30pm

Friday 17th July

Good Morning Nursery… it’s Fantastic Friday and the last day of term!

I am really going to miss posting your learning on our blog but there are lots of super challenges on here, so have a look back through all the challenges and you can repeat some of your favourite ones over the holidays!

So to finish our week of using everyday language relating to money we are going to look at some coins!

Ask a grown-up to help you look at some different coins.

What numbers, colours and shapes can you see?

Have a go at creating some coin rubbings by placing some coins under a piece of paper and rub over them with a crayon.

Challenge: Can you name and label the different coins?

Now have a go at competing this game: See if you can sort the coins and place the correct ones into the money box.

Amazing!

Well done, you are a superstar learner!

I hope you have a great summer and we are looking forward to seeing you back at school in September!

Take care
