Animals Parts

In our Science work this week we have been looking at the different categories of animals such as amphibians, mammals, reptiles, birds and fish. We have identified animals in each catergory and thought about the features of each animal. After that we discussed the different parts of an animal and how they all have different things that help them to survive. Some of the parts included tusks, tails, shells, fins and tentacles. We chose an animal from one of the categories and used our observational skills to draw the animal and label the different parts of that animal using the correct vocabulary.
